My vet recommended this food to two of my dogs. Dogs loved the taste and loved eating the food. But I didn't know they were allergic to that dog food. After two years of dog feeding, one of my dogs lost his fur. His entire bottom and hind legs were completely bare. Another dog died unexpectedly a few months ago. We suspected that the food contributed to his death. I only recently found out that there are too many grains in the composition of the feed. Dogs do not tolerate grain. We switched to other foods. The hair loss problem seemed to be improving and my old dog and newly adopted Chihuahua seem to have more energy and the hair looks shiny. I wish I had known this sooner so as not to lose another beloved dog at the age of 9. We will not be ordering this dog food again.
