We have had nothing but positive experiences with this software - it has been easy for us (and our clients) to use! It allows us access from anywhere in the world via mobile devices. The customer service team are always quick at responding when we need help or clarification of something that isn't immediately obvious within their user guide/manuals etc. I would say if there was anything better than what they offer now then surely other practices will be using them too? Their support services do not appear as professional nor helpful compared to some others out here like Practice Fusion who give excellent advice over email & phone calls without needing to pay extra costs. There's no reason why anyone should go elsewhere once this product comes into play unless price becomes prohibitively expensive.
