Chairs didn't last long /UPDATE

Update after 20 months, chairs are finally bumping. One of the chairs had a broken leg. The wood from which these chairs are made is very soft. They didn't keep their shape on the seat, you can see where the feathers are. They look very worn and don't wash well. Overall I was disappointed and would not recommend them unless they are for display purposes only. Update 11 months later: Downgraded from 3 to 1. These chairs don't last. The legs often need to be stretched. Chairs feel flimsy when sitting on them. I sprayed them with tape when they were new and they still don't rub off very well. I wouldn't recommend it if you don't plan on ever sitting in it. The first piece I pulled out of the box ripped. I immediately sent it back and ordered again. The second package arrived in excellent condition with all the necessary replacement parts. Sitting in the chair, I noticed the tightness of the seat. I pulled out a tape measure and found the measurements didn't match what was advertised. They are not as comfortable as a deeper seat. The color was exactly what it looked like, definitely not dark blue, but it was exactly what I was hoping for. I don't expect them to last many years as the quality isn't that great.
