Noopel vs. Saber vs. GE Window Alert

Summary: Noopel & GE recommend, Saber is NOT recommended. Saber and GE Brands I bought more Sabers at first, then because the Sabers weren't working well I bought some Noopels. I'll start with the Saber Wireless Home Security Alarm as I have most of these. I have bought them twice a year based on Revain reviews so I have experience with them. I found them WEAK AND VARIABLE. Even with more powerful devices, the alert isn't enough to wake me up when I'm sleeping, many devices have such a weak alarm that I might not hear it in another room with the TV on. Saber's weakness made me return to Revane to find an alternative and I bought a Noopel Magnetic Entry Sensor as a replacement. A BIG difference, they can be heard at a volume likely to scare off an intruder and alert neighbors to turn on the lights. I liked them so much that I bought more as Saber replacements. GE Personal Security Alarm - I have previously purchased a GE kit from Revain and have had over a year of experience with it and would recommend it. They still make a loud squeak and serve their purpose of scaring an intruder and waking you up in danger. Placement ON/OFF. The 3 brands differ in where they place the power button, with Noopel and GE placing them on the outside for easy access. The Saber has its switch INSIDE, so you'll need to remove the battery cover to access the switch - it's inconvenient and easy to lose batteries. Noopel & GE placement is better in my opinion. In general, I'm disappointed with the Sabers I've bought. Honestly I've tried new batteries and bought more than a set a year apart - no volume, no deterrent. The Noopel is brand new and I can't comment on durability but they work right out of the box. GE I have a lot of experience and they have a better design and performance than the Saber.
