I bought this set to replace another one that was smaller and felt flimsy/cheap. This set is great - they are bigger and definitely sturdy which makes them expensive and very easy to work with. They look high quality and work very well! I will say that the salt comes out pretty quick/heavy. So if you're looking for precise salt grinding control, this product may not be for you. The only other downside is that the salt will spill out (so if you put it in when your salt is too fine to grind, some of the salt will spill out from the bottom). I don't mind because I have a tray that I put them on and that I wash every few days, but it might bother you if you put it directly on the table. All in all I love her
