Received the wrong bag twice.
The bags are cute but I ordered one for my mother in law and one for my mom. So I ordered bags that say "Mother of the Groom” and "Mother of the Bride”.I received one bag that said "Mother of the Groom” and the other said "Bride to be”. I understood the mix up and just asked for a replacement.I ordered a replacement that said "Mother of the Bride” and they sent me a replacement that said "Bride to Be” again!I double checked to make sure that I ordered the right one and I did. I ordered one that said "Mother of the Bride”.I sent an email to this company and asked what they would like me to do and no one has returned my email.I’m a little frustrated because these bags were part of the gifts I bought for my wedding. I do like the bags but I wanted different sayings on them than what I got and no one has helped me.
