Sent and arrived earlier, well done seller. It has a major design flaw so I only gave it a 3. There's no padding for your pet, and to top it all off, the ring around the window has a raised, sharp edge for your pet to poke at. I have to do something about it. 2 other things that could make it better. It is based on a child-sized backpack. Not everyone is small. It can be difficult to get up and get out without hitting your pet. The bubble on the back sticks out too much, it sticks to everything. an inch less would be better. For $36 I got what I paid for and am happy. It feels well built to last at least a year maybe 2. My small dogs love it, it's comic value it's quite high! It is very funny !
