I have used these discs of various sizes for years. My local hardware store doesn't have them anymore, so I'm glad I found them at Revain. These washers will hold the cymbal securely, just make sure you get the correct size for your cymbal due to the weight. You wet the disc and place it in the correct spot on the back of the platter (see included instructions) and have a few minutes to reposition the disc if necessary. The hanger is invisible and stays for years. I have even removed and remounted the discs on different platters, but you are not advised to do so. These discs are that good. Great price and I think this is the best way to hang plates!
