I have been looking for a shelf/rack for my 2011 Wrangler JK 2 door for a long time. Everyone I liked said "not for the top", even when I said I don't need to drop the top, I got replies that it still wouldn't work. In this respect it fits perfectly, as you can see in the photos. There's plenty of room from the top brackets, so I'm sure any of the others I looked at would have worked as well. Well, if you're planning on dropping your top, yes, the side mounts will get in the way. Installation can be done by yourself, but an extra pair of hands will make the job much easier. Very easy. I drilled a few holes in my tub for the studs closest to the front of the jeep. When all the screws were tightened, this thing didn't move. Enlarge the tape measure in the photos to get measurements. Very happy with this purchase. Some reviewers mentioned that he was weak or feeble. I do not understand. Certainly not for what it was designed for. You have to lift a heavy weight (and it's unwise) to cause sagging. The advertiser said it could be returned for any reason so I took a chance. zero complaints. Would buy again.
