Works as advertised! No hiccups, my first download went through within an hour of delivery! But I will say go ahead and buy the whole set of bags - I thought I could get by with five and that was a mistake. I'm suggesting this because I washed a quarter pound load and didn't get the super clean product I was expecting - my own fault. It's winter now, I threw in a bunch of snow along with a whole container of ice from my fridge and it held up 4 loads perfectly. Maybe I screwed up, but what I got looks good, apart from a few things that got there - I'll click on it anyway, so I'm not too worried. I love supporting stores in the US - unfortunately the actual device is made in China and there are cheaper models that do the same. I really want this device to put all the money in the US if possible! It's a pity that we can't produce such things here for the same price.
