Not 90% cotton for my opinion
I bought 2 sets because it said they were cotton. They are more like polyester and don’t breath very well. I have woken up very sweaty several times while wearing these. They are super cute pajamas (I got the peach w/stars & the dark grey w/stars), but the peach ones are kind of see through. I would have given 3 stars, but they have POCKETS! So they get an extra star for that
