Review on ANDERSONS BAKING 45873 Spring Action Stainless by Jeff Sorensen

I saw this tool in a bread baking video. Thought this would solve my problem with evenly sprinkled flour. It worked! I'd say it's relatively new, only used 2-3 times. I find it a bit difficult to press down to distribute the flour evenly. Maybe because the tool is new. If you have arthritis, this can cause problems. It's relatively easy to clean, but I was a little hesitant about drying it thoroughly. I definitely don't want it to rust. For now I think it was a pretty good buy at a very reasonable price.
