The instructions are misleading.
Working properly. The problem is that the instructions that come with it don't tell you what you need to know. If you try to install one of these using only the instructions that come with it and have never done so before, chances are you'll screw up your first movie and not realize it until you've tightened about 20 screws. Watch YouTube videos of people changing them and doing what they do. You'll understand why when you get to the 20th screw.
