The best thing about in soley, I don't have anything negative that comes from working with them! They are responsive when it come time for implementation or any issues we've had since our switch over 2 years ago (which was very few). My biggest issue would be their customer support team has not been as proactive at times which made some of us feel like they were being unhelpful because you didn’t hear back right away if there wasn'r an answer available immediately after reaching out via email/phone call etc.. Other than this one item everything else went smoothly - no major problems other then those typical ones where every organization experiences sometimes even though everyone works hard towards keeping things running smooth :).
