12 " Victorinox slicer knife

I grill a lot in the garden and have a lot of knives for cutting and slicing meat on the grill and this really is the best knife I've ever used. It's light and extremely sharp, and with a Granton blade the meat just falls off the blade If I only had a knife for roasting and slicing this would be my choice.
