For a 6ft 2 in 240 man this chair has its pros and cons. Pros: 1. Excellent back support. I feel like my posture is really improving. 2. Excellent materials used Cons: 1. A bit small for me in terms of hip support. After several hours of sitting and getting up, I realize where the chair bites me. 2. The back of the chair really only comes down to my lower shoulder blades. I didn't even bother to reload the head because it would only go up to my upper back.3. After a few days the chair started to sway slightly when tilted back. I tightened all the screws after sitting in it for a few days but it still wobbles a bit. Overall I would say this is not the best investment for money.
