The app doesn't work
Try it as soon as you get it so you can send it back if you find it doesn't work…. I waited until I needed it and couldn't get the app to work or the device to communicate with the app…….and it's not that hard to figure out how to install it. Mine didn't work and I would recommend you one that doesn't need an app and has its own screen. I would love to return this junk!
