I use them daily on short 17 minute trips to and from work on the subway. I don't use them otherwise so I used them for a total of 42 days (over 2 months) for 34 minutes a day.1. A month later, the sound began to wheeze regularly.2. The earphone opened up (in half) exposing the wire. It literally happened while they were sitting on my desk. I heard a small "tick", looked around and the headphones disconnected. I take very good care of them so I'm not sure how it happened other than maybe the glue or whatever was holding it together wasn't strong enough.3. Charging is kinda crazy. You should charge them every night to ensure they are charged for the next use. I would even like to exchange them to see if I got a set from a bad lot but I don't see that option.
