The customer service is great, it's easy to use for both business owner/managers as well as employees! I love that you can see all of your contacts in one place (and have access to them from anywhere). It also helps with employee scheduling which makes life easier when trying to schedule meetings or appointments outside normal office hours. There are some features we wish were more intuitive such as having an option to send out mass emails instead of going through each contact individually would be helpful - but overall this has been very useful so far! We're solving two problems at once by using fuel; our customers get better support than ever before while being able to track their information easily via mobile app, website etc.
