This is the 3rd LG we've bought in about 6 years. The second and third devices had keyboard issues since year one. Device #2 had a complete loss of responsiveness for about 6 buttons, and two buttons on device #3 continue to drop. We changed them several times and they don't stay. Unfortunately, these devices are not field serviceable. You have to ship them to LG and pay a $500 service fee. I don't want to replace my laptop every year! Interestingly, device #1, the oldest, is still working without any problems. But I can't justify another chance. It's a shame, because otherwise it's a super light notebook.
