Great service and item

The product works great for my 55 lb dog and doesn't hurt her and I don't have to use an electric shock as the vibration is loud enough to startle her which is great. The first kit I received didn't work properly, I contacted the seller and without hesitation sent my replacement which I received in just two days which was amazing. So I'm giving them 5 stars not to mention they look so cute on my pup!
