I haven't bought baking sheets for years because I refused to buy aluminum and couldn't find one made of stainless steel. Also, I didn't know there were baking mats. So when I came across these stainless steel baking sheets with the added benefit of non-stick mats, it was a no-brainer. I'm happy to say that I love her. The first thing I baked was sugar cookies and I was amazed at how easily the cookies came off the mat. Even the sugar I sprinkled on the batter didn't stick to the pan. Gone are the days of nonstick sprays in this house. These rugs are great and now I can enjoy baking without the fuss. I would definitely buy these items again.
