I bought a 2014 4Runner and got an amazing discount as the console trim had cigarette burns and stains and I watched a few youtube videos to see how to figure out the entire console to replace the old one. Had no idea this one only has 3M tape on the back and you just stick it straight onto the old one. Was in 2 minutes and looks great!
