I thought it was thin but definitely strong enough
Not as strong as I imagined when I bought it but works great and not weak at all. I made several dozen ravioli with him and was very satisfied. I'm sure there will be years of use. The round shape is great and will make your ravioli stand out from the crowd. People will realize that these aren't just store-bought ravioli. I definitely recommend it.
