It's ok, my review is mainly because I chose the wrong size. The 3" diameter is quite large and difficult to manage depending on the pen. Also, as mentioned, these dies do not have ultra-clean separation, so assembly takes a bit of time.

Not as strong as I imagined when I bought it but works great and not weak at all. I made several dozen ravioli with him and was very satisfied. I'm sure there will be years of use. The round shape is great and will make your ravioli stand out from the crowd. People will realize that these aren't just store-bought ravioli. I definitely recommend it.

Nicely done, do what they have to do - stamp the dough and help me make ravioli! My only complaint is that they are very very light and maybe a little more weight would have been better but they work and I'm happy! It was easy to clean. I wouldn't wash them in the dishwasher if you think about it. They will dry the handles and the aluminum will react badly with the soap. They are very easy to hand wash and will therefore last for years.

I was looking for a good and durable dumpling knife and I belong to a Polish cookery and a woman used this knife to make circles and she also had it on your website to buy it, and that's exactly what I did. In fact I bought 3 of these and I love it. I even showed it to our Mug of Dumplings and they loved it too. As I said, I use it to cut out circles for dumplings. Thank you for the "EXCELLENT" product. I only gave this product 4 stars out of 5 (which would honestly be 4.5 on a finer scale) simply because the cutting action itself isn't the most sharpest -- but it's what you get with injection molded products, so it's less of a flaw than a fact to contend with. Inch squares - very well built. A strong, comfortable grip, durable metal body and hardware, and no wobble when in use - so you know there's no risk of it falling apart. I use it all the time. If you love homemade pasta this is a must…
