Nicely done, do what they have to do - stamp the dough and help me make ravioli! My only complaint is that they are very very light and maybe a little more weight would have been better but they work and I'm happy! It was easy to clean. I wouldn't wash them in the dishwasher if you think about it. They will dry the handles and the aluminum will react badly with the soap. They are very easy to hand wash and will therefore last for years.
