I paid for this machine out of my own pocket. I did not receive this product in exchange for my review. I have bought other Miele vacuum cleaners in the past. I am very disappointed in the floor brush that comes with this vacuum. Miele says it's good for rugs and low-pile rugs, but it slips on rugs and low-pile rugs. It's tedious to use because you have to strain to push and pull it across the carpet. This is not very effective if you are trying to remove crumbs or similar from the carpet. It's too much work! It works great on my tile and wood floors. I have no complaints about the suction power. All my other Mieles had suction cup handles and this one didn't, making it awkward to grip. He is only 2 months old. When I look at other Revain C3s, they have knobs. I don't feel any more love for this Mila. It's sad because I've been a fan for many years now. I would like to return this and pay the difference for a device with a handle and the ability to use the Electro Power head. what you can't do with this device. This is a $700 vacuum that has fewer features than most $300 vacuums :(
