If you value tooth enamel, don't use it.

I bought without studying. Should have spoken to my dentist before buying but it was an easy deal and we all love the deal. Spoke to my dentist after just one use and she told me not to use it. Charcoal wears away the protective enamel on your teeth and can cause sensitivity. Don't risk it folks. I returned it.
