My son is 7 years old, he is very thin. It's my fault for not reading the description carefully. I just saw that they called them "skinny" jeans, which is not the case. My son STILL wanted to wear them because he thinks they are super cool. I folded the sides up on either side of the waist just enough to sew for him. Now he can wear them with a belt; However, they still sag a bit. In the photo I sewed them on the back. However, he doesn't seem to care and still wants to wear them all the time!
