I bought this product, it's an emergency pump to inflate my wheelchair tires. I charged it up and put it in my wheelchair backpack. Most lithium batteries lose about 5% of their capacity per month when left uncharged. So even if I leave it in my backpack for a year, there should still be 40% left. It didn't let me down when I needed it.
