Let me start by saying that this device makes training your dog a breeze compared to most other methods. I am willing to say there is no better way after using it several times last week I noticed it is starting to send a clear message to the dog's head that they are making that noise for a 'reason' listen, eventually they will figure out what is the reason... For anyone with problems, you must be careful, you can just try it a few times and expect it to magically "fix" your dog, them are easily confused; First you have to be near them and give orders by pressing the buttons. You need to work with them to help them understand why they're hearing the sound. The best way to see results is to reward them as they make progress. Overall I was surprised by this device, it works like a charm, the packaging is very pretty, the remote itself feels solid and I like that it's small. 10/10 from me!
