Pain relief best in my review

I had a spinal fusion a couple years ago and I get back pain still from sitting and laying down this pillow really help take the pressure off my lower back and relieve that pain

Leg elevation pillow has helped with relief to my back. Top of the pillow has a nice comfy feel.
