Review on HJC CS MX Helmet Large Matte by Joseph Lang

I believe this helmet saved my wife's life. We bought 3 helmets, 2 sizes XXL and this one is medical. On our first ride with these new helmets, my wife was in an ATV accident. An accident in which her bike landed nose down on her torso. She fractured her right thumb and shoulder blade, left collarbone, 9 ribs (4 right and 5 left), and three cervical fractures just above her shoulders, as well as a left lung collapse and a right lung partial collapse. The weight of her bike slammed the front of her helmet into the ground, cracking her goggles and scratching the left side of her face. The helmet has a few decent scratches and a broken visor (not sure if there is any serious internal damage). That was 8 weeks ago. Fortunately, she has made an almost full recovery. Needless to say, HJC makes great helmets and we highly recommend them.
