I purchased a nex-5 in 2022; at the time, it was a magnificent camera that made it possible to use manual, vintage optics from many systems. When I made the decision to update my camera in 2022, I had a choice between the a6000 and a6500, but the a6000 was by far the better option because to the a6000's double cost, lack of 4K video, lack of silent shooting, and lack of matrix stub. I was pleasantly delighted by the ergonomics, the viewfinder's presence, and the caliber and speed of autofocus when I switched from the old NEX-5 to the a6000. UPCs' autofocus speed is now comparable to that of SLR cameras.
