Review on GIGABYTE AORUS 15G Anti Glare YC 8US2450SH by Shawn Torres

Good gaming laptop despite keyboard colors stuck on changing colors due to RGB fusion app not working. Worked great for about 3 weeks until it inexplicably freezes and won't start the shutdown anymore. The helpdesk claims that there is a repair form and a button for it, but it only redirects you to the list of registered products and even after you register the product and it appears in the list, you still cannot get to the repair form in somewhere on the site. You can contact Gigabyte's parent company support where I was able to ask a support question but they still haven't responded after 4 days. So don't expect these laptops to keep working, and don't expect them to be fixed any time soon if they break. Extremely disappointing $2,500 laptop.
