Good gaming laptop despite keyboard colors stuck on changing colors due to RGB fusion app not working. Worked great for about 3 weeks until it inexplicably freezes and won't start the shutdown anymore. The helpdesk claims that there is a repair form and a button for it, but it only redirects you to the list of registered products and even after you register the product and it appears in the list, you still cannot get to the repair form in somewhere on the site. I bought my laptop for the original price of $1999, not the overpriced one. First, this is a "lightweight" low-power laptop for its class. And the GPU isn't based on the desktop RTX 3080, but on a full-fledged GA104 chip, which I think is derived from the RTX 3070. I'm not sure though as Nvidia isn't clear on this with laptop chips. Powerful laptop, doesn't like much software installed...it was difficult to load latest Nvidia drivers after reformatting. But the hardware of this laptop is solid. 9/10 recommend.

I am changing this review due to poor play performance after a few months of ownership. Simply put, the cooling solution cannot support GPU/CPU package cooling. The CPU temperature reaches 96 degrees during gaming. Extreme thermal throttling causes USB ports to stop working. I really liked this laptop. Its performance was excellent and it was quite portable and lightweight. Unfortunately, this is not a good investment in the long run. I left it on for two days to run the game (hard surface, unobstructed airflow) and the left (CPU) fan started failing.
