My last spray hose fitting somehow got stuck on the faucet arm and I couldn't get it off. I replaced the entire faucet so decided to give this hose gun set a try based on other reviews and watching videos on this product. Since the price was good, I decided to give it a try. Upon opening the package I noticed that the tubing was twisted and the tubing itself was quite thick and stiff. After reading the instructions I tried to attach the hose. The adapter assembly went smoothly, but the adapter is quite short so the adapter is almost invisible after screwing the adapter into the faucet handle. I then took the hose and used the connector to connect it to the adapter but if you don't hang up the end of the hose the hose will push out the rubber washer which means you have to chase the washer so be careful with that it doesn't fall down the drain. When the hose was finally attached. I turned on the water and loved the nice shower and the button to shut off the water. Everything was working fine so, except for the kink in the hose, I decided to stick with it. The next two times I used the hose, water started leaking out the side of the connector adapter, and even after disconnecting and reconnecting the hose, water still seems to be coming from the top. Disappointing. I will look for another product with a more flexible hose.
