Review on O'Lipfa 66636 Ruler with Lip Edge, 4-inch by 36-inch by Kelsey Brown

The main reason I bought this ruler and not any other sewing ruler was because it has an edge that is said to act like a T-shaped square against the edge of the neckline. Mat. However, the edge of the lip is not square. As you can see in my attached photos, the ruler is offset almost half an inch along the entire length of the ruler. This makes the lip edge completely useless. I've read in other reviews that this is the case, but I was hoping that through sheer luck these consumers would end up with faulty products. I am extremely disappointed! I am very disappointed that I spent money on this cord when I could have bought a cheaper cord without a hem.
