Seriously, I thought long and hard about buying this. We bought cheaper speakers that were waterproof but I was afraid of placing them too close to the pool. They were often cut out. It was uncomfortable so I gave up. I kick myself for not buying it sooner! I'm in love with this speaker and I'm surprised at how well it performs for the price. Worth every penny!
