The customer service was excellent! I am not sure if it's because of my lack of knowledge or what, but I could never get a hold of anyone at this office for any reason other than an emergency (which they were very quick about). They did everything we needed them to do and more. We had some issues with our LLC incorporation paperwork being lost so we called them right away when we realized it wasn't going through. Not only did they send us new copies immediately but also offered to re-file all necessary documents. It took longer than expected to receive everything due to having many forms sent back and forth between different offices which made things take much longer than anticipated. But once everything got here, there weren't any problems. Everything went smoothly from start to finish. Their rates are reasonable and you can pay monthly instead of upfront like most companies charge. Just make sure your state has no tax penalties for doing business as a corporation.
