Exactly what I was looking for in a dip fitting. Steel construction, over 500 watts of power, adjustable speed, and a 20-ounce mug are nice touches. There was also a $10 coupon so for $30 it was a no brainer. I made 2 mixed drinks with whole ice cubes and they broke easily with this thing, and I also made about 3 liters of Dutch wine and it turned out great! If you haven't made hollandaise with a hand mixer before, you can't avoid changing the sauce and yourself. I will continue to play with this thing and update as needed, it's 5 stars now!
