I just wanted something functional which I got. Others point out that the wick trimmer could have been sharper, but it works if you hold the wick over the cut. Then the wick does not "slip" and is cut off. Although I'll file mine a little sharper. The only thing I didn't take into account was the bevel angle of the cutter. If the candle burns out a few centimeters, it will be difficult to get a good cutting angle. A 90* cutter is best. I assume all manufacturers are the same?
