This arrived in a long heavy flat box. There were numerous pieces to the frame with various sized bolts and washers. Assembly was a pain. The instructions are not clear and with so many similar nuts, bolts, caps, and washers, it took about two hours for me to assemble it. Most of the time was spent just looking at the pictures and trying to figure out which piece was the correct piece to insert.After assembled, it is big. It is almost 8ft tall and about 4ft long from front to back. It is made from a heavy metal and looks great. There are pegs on each side and in the back that can be used to add weights to add stability. I used a 70lb bag and the stand was sturdy enough to not move even without any additional weight. My only issue with the stand is that the two front legs extend too far in front of the bag which limits movement on both the left and right sides.
