The software is not user friendly. No sound playback. Bad customer support.
The wired cameras took several days to install and required drilling holes around the house and purchasing several expensive 100-foot Ethernet cables. The console arrived with outdated firmware and updating the firmware is a painful process. The software that controls the cameras and provides playback is neither intuitive nor difficult to use. The console's audio output port is defective and technical support was unable to resolve the issue. Overall, this product has great potential but is ultimately underdeveloped due to software issues and poor tech support.
