Easy incredibly easy I'm glad I finally have it
This is one of the easiest, if not the easiest, lamp changes I've ever done and I love the result. I had to wait for a break in the weather, but the hardest part of the entire replacement process was removing the old license plate light assemblies from the factory holes on either side of the bumper footboard. Once that's done, just plug it in, twist the lock to keep it sealed, and push them in until they click into place like they did from the factory. The beauty is that the light output on my license plate is clearer and more consistent than even LED bulbs.
