This protective case is VERY durable. I'll say it's a little difficult to put on, but I have dexterity issues. I suggest watching the Otterbox installation video online to make sure the installation is correct. This particular Otterbox model, the Protector, requires you to disassemble the rubber/grip-like outer layer from the hard plastic inner layer. This inner plastic layer is then split in half. That was the part I found difficult. You then slide your phone between these two halves, snapping it in place on all sides, and then attaching the outer layer of rubber. Takes a while but great protection for your phone! Hope that helps
