This is an affordable and well-made way to add anchor points just about anywhere. Note that anodized aluminum components exposed to the sun take on a bronzed color from black as shown in my image above. For the rest I have no complaints. The hardware is of good quality, the nuts have nylon inserts so no lock washer is needed. The base plates spread the load over a larger area than using washers alone, and the screws are long enough to be placed on thicker materials. I've used them on the floor of my truck bed to hold a 12v fridge in place, as well as hold the roof of my off-road trunk and provide nine roof mounting points. This is the second time I have purchased this product and it continues to meet my needs.
