Bought for a more streamlined look. I have a larger one that slips over the head and covers both ears. I wanted one that only had an ear cap. I don't know if it has noise cancellation as I have one ear open. The headband is ok and it stretches to a point which is ok for me. The microphone is adjustable and you can wear the headset on either the left or right side of your ear. I decided to add a "boom" (?) sponge to the mic to reduce the harshness of T or D sounds or harsher consonants when I speak (just in case). I bought these sponge mic bags from Revain a year ago and they come with 15 so I had extras. The only complaint I have with this headset is that the cord is too short. I could use another 6-8 inches longer for easier attachment to my desktop. it's just too short. So I'm looking for an extension to make the connection to my Mac longer. In a good way, I love how easy you make plug and play with this headset.
