Bought to improve my work from home. I actually track calls for my call center team and was curious how this would work. Excellent call quality and excellent noise cancellation. Very practical and really nice that it can be folded to the side of the head where you want to put the earbud. Several cable adapters are included, so that was a bonus. If you are looking for a quality headset that is not too expensive, I definitely recommend you try this one!

I bought this headset to work from home. I had trouble typing and hearing my calls on my computer. Or worse, I have to put them on speakerphone and my kids are screaming very loudly in the background. It works great on my Android phone. It connects easily. The headset is adjustable and fits well on my ear without putting too much pressure on it. At work I used headphones that were too tight or hurt my ears. This headset does not have this problem yet. PROS: 1) Sound quality is good and clear 2)

Update: The company has contacted me to refund my money. I am very happy with the customer service. These headphones were such a disappointment. They were extremely uncomfortable. I'm a booking agent so I'm on the phone all day and I could barely stand it for an hour and my clients couldn't hear me well so the sound quality was terrible. i give them back Don't waste money.

Bought for a more streamlined look. I have a larger one that slips over the head and covers both ears. I wanted one that only had an ear cap. I don't know if it has noise cancellation as I have one ear open. The headband is ok and it stretches to a point which is ok for me. The microphone is adjustable and you can wear the headset on either the left or right side of your ear.
