Uncomfortable/Terrible Sound Quality
Update: The company has contacted me to refund my money. I am very happy with the customer service. These headphones were such a disappointment. They were extremely uncomfortable. I'm a booking agent so I'm on the phone all day and I could barely stand it for an hour and my clients couldn't hear me well so the sound quality was terrible. i give them back Don't waste money.
